How much does each test cost?
Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test will cost $199.02 per test (including GST). Serology test may be required for some countries and this test will cost $53.50 per test (including GST).
Do I need to seek approval before making appointment for this test?
Yes! Please submit your application to Immigration & Checkpoint Authority (ICA) and they will respond within 5 working days. ICA approval is required before our medical centres can administer the test.

How do I make appointment for this test?
Once you have been notified of the approval from ICA via email, please contact 6333 3636 (Option 2) or write in to firstname.lastname@example.org indicate “PRE-TRAVEL PCR TEST” in email subject.
Important things to note before making an appointment:
– You should make an appointment that fits your required testing window that is in line with your destination country’s requirement.
– You should have obtained prior approval from a Singapore government agency before calling the clinic to make the appointment.
How far in advance should I make an appointment for this test?
Please refer to the “Latest Cut-off Test Timing” based on your destination country and book your appointment slot within the indicated timing. If you do not make a prior appointment, there is no guarantee that there will be an appointment slot for you and/or you may not get your results in time for your flight.
What if I missed my appointment?
Please call our call centre at 6333 3636 (Option 2) to check for the next available appointment clinic slot. Travelers who miss the cut-off test timing will not be able to obtain a test result in time for their flight.
What is the turnaround time for test result?
You will receive your memo via email at least three hours before your departure, if you met the cut-off timing.
What should I bring for my appointment?
If you are feeling unwell with fever, cough, cold symptoms – travel may not be possible. Please visit your nearest GP clinic for review by a doctor. If you have already had a pre-travel swab conducted at Fullerton, please return to the clinic for review by our doctor.
