Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test will cost $100 (before GST), Antigen Rapid Test (ART) will cost $35 (before GST). Serology test is required for China and the type of test will depend on your vaccination status. Please approach our call center at 6333 3636 (Option 4) for advice.

You should make an appointment that fits your required testing window that is in line with your destination country’s requirements.

Please refer to the “Latest Cut-off Test Timing” based on your destination country and book your appointment slot within the indicated timing. If you do not make a prior appointment, there is no guarantee that there will be an appointment slot for you and/or you may not get your results in time for your flight.

Please call our call centre at 6333 3636 (Option 4) to check for the next available appointment clinic slot. Travelers who miss the cut-off test timing will not be able to obtain a test result in time for their flight.

You will receive your memo via email within 24 hours after your test, or at least three hours before your departure time.

If you are feeling unwell with fever, cough, cold symptoms – travel may not be possible. Please visit your nearest GP clinic for review by a doctor. If you have already had a pre-departure swab conducted at Fullerton Health, please return to the clinic for review by our doctor.
