Health Screening
If you have received COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters listed on the WHO Emergency Use List (EUL) outside Singapore, you can now add them to the Singapore National Immunisation Registry (NIR).
A copy of your digitally verifiable vaccination certificate. If your certificate isn’t digitally verifiable, you will be directed to a physical clinic where a serology test may be required.
The update will be completed in 1-3 business working days, allowing for verification and payment processing. A receipt will be provided upon successful payment.
Singaporean Citizens or Permanent Residents
Work Permit, Employment Pass, and S Pass Holders
Long-Term Pass Holders (e.g., Long-Term Visitor Pass, Dependent Pass, Student Pass)
Short-Term Pass Holders (staying for more than 30 days)
We can only accept serology exempted certificates as listed from Ministry of Health (MOH)’s website. All vaccination certificates in foreign language should be translated in English before submission.
