Singapore, 11 March – In line with Fullerton Health’s purpose of affordable and accessible care for all, residents living in Hougang will now be able to enjoy the full range of primary care, preventive health and diagnostic services closer to home at Fullerton Health Hub @ Hougang Green.
At 3,500 square feet, this first Fullerton Health Hub Clinic will be a key pillar in Fullerton Health’s primary care infrastructure that will serve as a one-stop Health Hub for GP services, Health Screening, Vaccination services under one roof for greater convenience and flexibility.
Fullerton Health Hub @ Hougang Green will have a focus on Chronic Disease Management with the aim of personalised and effective management of the full range of chronic conditions including Diabetes, Hypertension, High Cholesterol (“the 3 Highs”).
Importantly, this will include services and specialised equipment relating to secondary prevention (the prevention of complications of chronic disease) – such as Diabetic Foot Screening (DFS), and Diabetic Retinal Photography (DRP) for the detection of potential foot and eye complications arising from Diabetes.
The Health Hub will include an integrated Radiology Centre to provide an array of diagnostic imaging services including X-ray, Mammogram, Ultrasound imaging.
With its combined capabilities, the clinic offers comprehensive screening packages for residents, while also supporting employers and businesses in the vicinity with pre-employment and other medical examinations for working adults.
