Production Specialist

Radlink, a division of Fullerton Health, is a leading provider of radiopharmaceuticals, committed to delivering exceptional medical solutions. We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Production Specialists. As a Production Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the synthesis and production of PET radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the semi-automatic/automatic synthesis of PET radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Dispense PET radiopharmaceuticals using a dispensing module.
  • Record radiopharmaceutical production data and maintain GMP documentation.
  • Perform clean room procedures and conduct viable and non-viable environmental control/monitoring, including air sampling, particle counting, and settle plates.
  • Routinely perform viable particle monitoring and prepare samples for outsource testing.
  • Perform routine cleaning in the production area and maintain good housekeeping.
  • Execute calibration and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Participate in qualification and validation runs.
  • Package and conduct parametric release of radioisotopes and radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Record radiation exposure rates of incoming radioactive substances and outgoing packages.
  • Perform a final check on packaging and document labelling information.
  • Label packages (finished products in vials).
  • Regularly check and record radiation exposure in various areas using real-time monitoring systems and handheld GM counters, following facility SOPs.
  • Participate in radiation waste management and waste disposal following CRP’s guidelines.
  • Participate in radiation accident control and containment procedures following facility SOPs based on internationally accepted guidelines.
  • Contribute to and self-audit the facility as per GMP guidelines.
  • Dispense and archive retention samples.
  • Perform daily inventory control.
  • Assist in routine stock checking as per the duty roster.
  • Assist in facility’s research activities related to radiopharmaceutical chemistry as assigned by the Production Team Lead.
