Key Responsibilities
- Patient registration and efficient scheduling of appointments.
- Maintain a high level of operational effectiveness while strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Attend to phone and email inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Handle payments and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of documentation.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department.
Competencies and Skills
- On-the-job training will be provided to candidates without prior relevant experience.
