Measles is a highly contagious viral illness. Common symptoms include:
- Fever,
- Cold-likes symptoms (cough and runny nose), and
- Skin rash.

The Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) vaccine remains an effective preventive measure for adults who have not previously received it.
