The Singapore Health Quality Service Awards (SHQSA) is a nationwide platform that recognises outstanding healthcare professionals across Singapore who have delivered exceptional service and patient experience. Now in its 17th year, the annual awards celebrate more than 5,100 healthcare professionals from 49 public and private healthcare institutions, as well as organisations in the community care sector.
