A New Chapter in Connected Care: The Official Opening of The Signature Longevity & Wellness and Aspire Surgery Centre
On 15 October 2026, Fullerton Health celebrated the official opening of The Signature Longevity & Wellness and Aspire Surgery Centre at Paragon Medical Centre, marking a significant milestone in strengthening Singapore’s integrated healthcare ecosystem.
Developed in collaboration with Thomson Medical, the two centres bring together complementary capabilities across preventive health, specialist care and ambulatory surgery, creating a more connected and seamless care journey from prevention and early detection through to treatment and recovery.
Celebrating a Shared Vision
The opening featured addresses by Ho Kuen Loon, Group Chief Executive Officer of Fullerton Health, and Dr Melvin Heng, Group Chief Executive Officer of Thomson Medical Group, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The Signature and Aspire are the fullest expression of a single underlying conviction: that the most valuable thing a healthcare group can do is to keep people well, not just to serve them when they are not. Here in Singapore, our home market, and the place where we hold ourselves to the highest standard of what integrated care can look and should feel like, both centres show how prevention, diagnosis, treatment and recovery can be connected within a single healthcare ecosystem, helping individuals navigate their health journeys with greater confidence. Today’s launch reflects our vision for the future of healthcare: more preventive, more connected and more patient-centred.

Connecting Prevention, Treatment and Recovery
The Signature Longevity & Wellness is Fullerton Health’s flagship centre dedicated to preventive health, healthy ageing and evidence-based longevity care. It brings together personalised assessments and multidisciplinary support to help individuals understand their health and take proactive steps towards long-term wellbeing.
Aspire Surgery Centre, a joint venture between Fullerton Health and Thomson Medical, complements this approach with specialist ambulatory surgical services.
Co-located within Thomson Wellness Hub at Paragon Medical Centre, the two centres support a connected pathway from prevention and early detection to specialist consultation, treatment and recovery.
