Wendy Lim

With 25 years of experience in global Human Resources, Wendy Lim is Fullerton Health’s Group Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer. She has built international organisations, improved business profitability through targeted HR initiatives, and inspired people to engage and drive business changes to quicken growth pathways. She has effectively led Regional and International teams within global corporations.

Wendy was the Asia Pacific region’s Total Rewards Director at Servicenow prior to joining Fullerton Health. She previously held the position of Group Chief People Officer at Armacell GmBH.

Wendy graduated from the University of Curtin with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
