Mr. Wang Lin has been the Senior Vice President of the Trust Private Equity Division at Ping An Capital Co., Ltd. since March 2019. He started his career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP on July 2007, before joining Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd – a leading innovation-driven international healthcare group, as its Senior Investment Manager from August 2011 to August 2013. He subsequently served as a Senior Deputy Director (Investment) of an investment management company – Ping An Caifu Licai Management Co. Ltd. (Shanghai branch) from August 2013 to February 2019.
Wang Lin obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in the People’s Republic of China in July 2007 and March 2014 respectively. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor approved by the Institute of Internal Auditors since November 2009. In addition, he has successfully met the prescribed requirements for certification as established by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association as a Certified Internal Information Systems Auditor since December 2010.
