Michael Lim is the Non-Executive Chairman and an Independent Director.

He was previously the Chairman of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, the Singapore Accountancy Commission and National Healthcare Group Pte Ltd, and a Non-Executive Director of Olam International Limited. Michael also previously held various positions in PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore from 1972 to 2003, with his last position being the Executive Chairman for 12 years.
