Sean Ho

Sean is a seasoned insurance and healthcare leader with over 25 years of experience. As Managing Director for Vietnam, he spearheads FHG’s expansion into emerging markets. Prior to this role, Sean served as Managing Director for Medical Benefits Management Services in Singapore (2017–2020), Managing Director for Malaysia (2021–2025), and Managing Director for Fullerton Health Technology (2024–2026).

Sean began his career in 2002 at AIA, where he honed his actuarial expertise through progressive roles focused on driving portfolio profitability. He later spent 11 years at Tokio Marine Life Insurance Singapore, where he held key leadership positions, including Head of Department, and led strategic initiatives across group insurance, actuarial services, and corporate planning.

Sean holds a Master of Science, Actuarial Management from Cass Business School London and a Bachelor of Business Studies, Actuarial Science from Nanyang Technological University.
