Dr. Morrison Loh leads the strategic commercial direction of Fullerton Health, driving the Group’s growth through innovation, partnerships, and customer-centric strategies. In his role as Group Chief Commercial Officer, he is responsible for the development and execution of commercial and client acquisition strategies across new business portfolios and models, enhancing the Group’s strategic value and expanding its regional footprint.

Working closely with the Group Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Loh also plays a key role as Group Chief Strategy Officer in shaping Fullerton Health’s mergers and acquisitions strategy and spearheads the Group’s technology transformation agenda – encompassing digitalisation, automation, and the adoption of AI-driven solutions to elevate operational excellence and patient experience.

Prior to joining Fullerton Health, Dr. Loh held leadership roles across various sectors of the healthcare industry, including clinical operations, insurance, third-party administration, and commercial affairs. In his previous role at Raffles Medical Group, he led the Singapore Commercial Division, overseeing business development, corporate partnerships, and the expansion of products and services across key industries.

Dr. Loh’s academic journey reflects his deep commitment to both medicine and management. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physiology from University College London, where he was awarded the Wellcome Trust Scholarship for research at the Institute of Neurology, Queen Square. He went on to obtain his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, completing part of his clinical training at Harvard Medical School (Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary). In addition, he holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (Dean’s List) from Singapore Management University.
