June 10, 2026 News & Events 3 minutes

Fullerton Health marked a significant milestone on 3 June 2026 with the completion of its acquisition of AdMedika Group in Indonesia.

Held in Jakarta, the milestone was commemorated through an event that brought together leaders from Fullerton Health, AdMedika Group, Telkom Group, TelkomMetra and Danantara, alongside customers and partners across Indonesia’s healthcare ecosystem.

The event celebrated the start of a new chapter, one that brings together complementary strengths in healthcare delivery, administration and digital capabilities to support a more integrated and connected healthcare system in Indonesia and across Asia.

A Milestone Moment in Indonesia

The day began with the formal signing ceremony, marking the completion of the acquisition and the start of a strategic partnership between Fullerton Health and the AdMedika Group.

Leaders from across the organisations gathered to commemorate the milestone, underscoring a shared commitment to strengthening healthcare access, coordination and delivery in Indonesia.

The subsequent media conference and luncheon provided an opportunity to engage key stakeholders, including clients, partners and industry representatives, on the significance of this development for the broader healthcare ecosystem.

Bringing Together Complementary Strengths

The acquisition brings together AdMedika’s established healthcare administration platform, supported by digital claims capabilities, provider network integration and data infrastructure, with Fullerton Health’s regional healthcare network.

Together, these capabilities enable closer coordination across the healthcare journey in Indonesia, while laying the foundation for stronger regional connectivity and access to cross-border healthcare pathways.

As healthcare needs continue to evolve, this integration responds to growing demand for solutions that connect different parts of the healthcare ecosystem more effectively.

A Shared Commitment to the Future of Healthcare

A key highlight of the event was hearing from leaders across Fullerton Health, Telkom Group, TelkomMetra, Danantara and AdMedika, who shared their perspectives on the significance of the partnership and the opportunities ahead.

"Strategic partner means those partners that know the business, have the technology, have the network and..global experience.” (Pramasaleh Haryo Utomo - President Director TelkomMetra)
"AdMedika is a very good company and Fullerton Health is fortunate and blessed to welcome them into the family." (Ho Kuen Loon - Group CEO & Executive Director Fullerton Health)
“Today marks a significant... to strengthen the future of integrated healthcare services in Indonesia." (Dian Prambini - CEO AdMedika Group)

Strengthening Healthcare Connectivity Across the Region

Beyond Indonesia, the acquisition also reinforces Fullerton Health’s broader regional platform across Asia Pacific.

With over 600 owned facilities and a network of more than 32,000 providers across seven countries, the Group is well positioned to support corporates, payors and healthcare providers with integrated and scalable healthcare solutions.

Over time, this expanded platform is expected to enhance connectivity across markets, enabling greater access to cross-border healthcare services and specialist referral pathways.

Looking Ahead

As Fullerton Health and the AdMedika Group embark on this next phase together, the focus remains on delivering high-quality, reliable and accessible healthcare services.

With strong local capabilities and an expanding regional network, the combined platform is well positioned to serve the evolving needs of patients, clients and partners across Indonesia—and increasingly, across the region.
