Fullerton Health Expands Indonesia Footprint with Completion of AdMedika Group Acquisition, Strengthening Healthcare Delivery Across Asia
The transaction reinforces Fullerton Health’s long‑term commitment to Indonesia while enhancing its healthcare capabilities and regional connectivity
Jakarta, 3 June 2026 — The Fullerton Health group of companies (“Fullerton Health” or the “Group”) today announced the completion of its acquisition of PT Administrasi Medika (“AdMedika”), including its subsidiary TelkoMedika (together, the “AdMedika Group”), from PT Multimedia Nusantara (TelkomMetra), a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (together, the “TelkomGroup”).
Building a More Connected Healthcare Model in Indonesia
The acquisition strengthens Fullerton Health’s healthcare capabilities in Indonesia, by adding a market-leading healthcare administrator, while expanding its ability to deliver more coordinated services across the care continuum.
The AdMedika Group brings a technology‑enabled platform, underpinned by digital claims management, provider network integration and data capabilities. This improves visibility across the patient journey and enables more efficient and transparent healthcare delivery.
Together, these strengths enable closer coordination across provider networks, claims management and care delivery to improve consistency, efficiency and quality across the healthcare journey in Indonesia.
This is particularly relevant as healthcare utilisation increases and claims management becomes more complex, driving demand for solutions that connect different parts of the healthcare ecosystem more effectively.
The transaction also reinforces Fullerton Health’s long‑term investment in Indonesia, strengthening its ability to support payors, corporates and providers through a more integrated and financially resilient healthcare platform.
“This acquisition reflects Fullerton Health’s long-term commitment to Indonesia and our continued investment in building a scaled, integrated healthcare platform. By bringing the AdMedika Group into the Fullerton Health group of companies, we are strengthening our operating depth in healthcare administration while leveraging the Group’s established regional capabilities to better support Indonesia’s evolving healthcare needs,” said Ho Kuen Loon, Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Fullerton Health.
“TelkomMetra views this transaction as a strategic momentum to strengthen AdMedika’s long-term value creation. Under Fullerton Health’s ownership, we believe AdMedika is in a strong position to enhance its capabilities, expand its business scale, and gain access to a broader regional healthcare ecosystem, while maintaining the strong foundation it has built in Indonesia,” said Pramasaleh Haryo Utomo, President Director of TelkomMetra.
Strengthening Regional Connectivity Across Asia
Beyond Indonesia, the transaction enhances Fullerton Health’s ability to connect healthcare access across its Asia network. With more than 600 owned healthcare facilities, a network of over 32,000 providers and serving more than 8 million lives across seven countries, the Group brings significant reach to support AdMedika’s next phase of growth.
Over time, the combined platform is positioned to extend these capabilities further, leveraging Fullerton Health’s established regional footprint in key markets such as Singapore and the Philippines, alongside its growing presence in Indonesia, to support cross‑border healthcare access and specialist referral pathways.
Commitment to continuity, local leadership and strong governance
Following the completion, AdMedika and TelkoMedika will continue to operate under their respective brands and leadership in Indonesia, as part of the Fullerton Health group of companies. This structure reflects the Group’s commitment to preserving the trust that patients, clients and partners have placed in each organisation.
Stakeholders can continue to expect the same commitments to excellence and high service level standards from the AdMedika Group that they enjoyed prior to completion.
The AdMedika Group’s workforce will remain in place and will gain access to professional development opportunities across the broader Fullerton Health group of companies.
At the same time, the combined platform will operate under robust governance and compliance frameworks, with a continued focus on data privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory alignment. All health and claims data in Indonesia will remain managed locally in accordance with applicable regulations, upholding high standards of data protection, confidentiality and system integrity.
“This transaction marks a significant new chapter for the AdMedika Group. Together with Fullerton Health, we can strengthen our integrated healthcare platform, deepen provider and client partnerships, and continue to deliver even higher-quality and more reliable services to patients and clients across Indonesia,” said Dian Prambini, Chief Executive Officer, AdMedika Group.
