Singapore, 15 October 2026 — The Fullerton Health Group of Companies (“Fullerton Health” or the “Group”) and Thomson Medical Group (“Thomson Medical”) today announced the launch of Aspire Surgery Centre (“Aspire”), a strategic joint venture that expands access to specialist ambulatory surgery services in Singapore.
In parallel, Fullerton Health launched The Signature Longevity & Wellness (“The Signature” or the “Centre”), its first dedicated longevity and preventive health centre, designed to empower individuals in taking proactive steps toward enhancing their healthspan.
Co-located within Thomson Wellness Hub at Paragon Medical Centre, Aspire and The Signature span prevention, early detection, specialist consultation, ambulatory surgery and recovery, creating an integrated and seamless pathway across different stages of care.
Ho Kuen Loon, Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Fullerton Health, said:
“The launch of Aspire and The Signature reflects our commitment to building a more connected healthcare ecosystem that supports individuals across every stage of their health journey. Aspire, established in partnership with Thomson Medical, completes a continuum that The Signature begins by bringing together complementary strengths to create a accessible, coordinated and patient-centred.”
“The Signature, Fullerton Health’s flagship longevity and wellness centre, combines our expertise in preventive care under one roof. Opening our first centre in Singapore is a deliberate decision as it is our home market. It also speaks to a broader shift in Singapore healthcare: helping people stay healthier for longer, with greater emphasis on prevention, early detection and proactive health management to support Singaporeans in ageing well. It will not be the only longevity and wellness centre in our network as we are committed to extending this offering to other core markets in the region.”
Dr Melvin Heng, Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Thomson Medical Group, said:
“For close to five decades, Thomson Medical has grown alongside the patients and families we serve, building deep clinical expertise across different stages of life and healthcare needs. Thomson Wellness Hub is part of our broader approach to bringing more of these capabilities together in one location, so that care is easier to access and better connected around patients’ needs. Aspire brings together our specialist and surgical expertise with Fullerton Health’s integrated healthcare network, extending that approach into high-quality ambulatory care. The aim is to meet people where they are on their healthcare journey, with the right care at the right stage of life.
“The Signature adds an important preventive dimension to this partnership. By connecting patients more seamlessly across preventive health, specialist care and treatment, we can support them earlier, more appropriately and with greater continuity as their needs evolve. That is central to how Thomson Medical sees its role: journeying with patients over time and making trusted care easier to access at the right point in their lives.”
Aspire Surgery Centre: Jointly Launched by Fullerton Health and Thomson Medical
Aspire is a strategic joint venture between Fullerton Health and Thomson Medical – bringing together Fullerton Health’s integrated healthcare platform and clinical network with Thomson Medical’s hospital-grade surgical expertise and clinical governance standards. Aspire enhances access to high-quality ambulatory surgical care while creating stronger connections across consultation, treatment and recovery through the clinical networks of both organisations.
Designed around efficient, patient-centred healthcare delivery, Aspire offers procedures across a range of specialties, including gastroenterology, orthopaedics, general surgery, hand surgery and urology. Patients benefit from shorter waiting times, greater convenience and faster recovery.
A key differentiator of Aspire is its connectivity to the broader clinical networks of both Fullerton Health and Thomson Medical. Aspire is connected to The Signature via a common suite, enabling patients to move conveniently from primary care, preventive health screening and specialist consultation to surgical intervention and post-operative care, all within a coordinated healthcare ecosystem, elevating patient comfort and privacy.
Fullerton Health Opens Its Flagship Longevity & Wellness Centre
Alongside the launch of Aspire, Fullerton Health has unveiled The Signature, its flagship longevity and preventive health centre in Singapore. From executive health screening and preventive care to medical check-ups, corporate wellness programmes, diagnostic imaging and primary care, Fullerton Health has long delivered many of the clinical building blocks that underpin longevity medicine across its network. The Signature brings these capabilities together within a dedicated centre, to support individuals in optimising long-term health with a more structured and personalised pathway toward healthy ageing.
Designed around the principles of early detection, proactive health management and healthy ageing, The Signature offers personalised, multidisciplinary programmes that combine advanced diagnostics, biological age assessments, genetic profiling and lifestyle evaluation with customised interventions delivered by physicians, dietitians, psychologists and health coaches.
The Signature deepens Fullerton Health’s commitment to prevention-first healthcare, offering evidence-based, personalised programmes designed to extend not just lifespan but how well they should live.
Integrated Specialist Referral Pathway and Seamless Access to Fullerton Health’s Network
Individuals who undergo screening and assessment at The Signature, and require further care can be connected to appropriate specialists across the broader networks supporting the collaboration, enabling coordinated and seamless follow-up from detection through to intervention.
The Signature provides convenient access to more than 500 specialists across Fullerton Health’s panel network, including 23 specialists within the Group’s Specialist Network spanning nine specialties, including cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, ear, nose and throat (ENT) care, gastroenterology, general surgery, ophthalmology, orthopaedics and psychiatry. This integrated model ensures timely access to appropriate specialist consultation, intervention and ongoing management where required.
Preventive Health as a Strategic Investment
For employers, The Signature draws on Fullerton Health’s experience supporting more than one million employee lives in Singapore — over 40% of the country’s corporate workforce — which has consistently demonstrated the value of prevention and early intervention. The Group has observed that organisations which actively support employee health and wellbeing are often better positioned to improve productivity, reduce absenteeism and manage healthcare costs more sustainably over the longer term.
Derrick Chan, Managing Director, Singapore & Malaysia, Fullerton Health, added:
“Increasingly, organisations are recognising that investing in preventive health is not just about improving employee wellbeing. It is also about building a healthier, more productive workforce. The Signature Longevity & Wellness extends this prevention-first philosophy by empowering individuals with personalised insights, clinical expertise and coordinated access to care, enabling them to take greater ownership of their long-term health and wellbeing.”
“The Signature combines preventive health assessments with coordinated access to specialist care, enabling identified health risks to be managed through Fullerton Health’s integrated clinical network. Together with Aspire Surgery Centre, it strengthens a seamless care pathway spanning prevention, diagnosis, treatment and recovery, helping individuals take greater ownership of their long-term health outcomes.”
