Mr. Hiroyuki Karasawa is Senior Vice President, Division COO of the Healthcare Division at Mitsubishi Corporation.
With over 30 years of experience at Mitsubishi Corporation, Mr. Karasawa has held a wide range of senior leadership positions across strategic planning, business development and risk management. His career includes serving as Executive Vice President, COO of the Strategic Planning Division at Lawson Inc., one of Japan’s leading convenience store chains. He has also been a Non-Executive Director for several companies, including United Cinemas, Inc., Lawson Entertainment Inc., Seijo Ishii Co., Ltd., and Lawson Bank Inc., demonstrating his broad leadership across retail, entertainment, and financial services sectors.
Mr. Karasawa holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Waseda University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.
