Health Connect enables users to conveniently access remote health support through a digital platform. Via the Fullerton Health Concierge app, users can schedule an online consultation with Healthcare Professionals to discuss common health concerns and receive initial guidance on appropriate next steps.

Depending on the program benefits, users may also receive assistance in coordinating healthcare services or medication delivery based on instructions from the healthcare provider.

This feature is currently available to clients enrolled in Fullerton Health’s TPA services. Please contact your insurer or broker to learn more about access and eligibility.

The Health Connect service is designed for customers of Fullerton Health Vietnam and customers of Fullerton Health Vietnam’s partners. Through this service, users are accompanied by Healthcare experts throughout their healthcare journey, helping them select appropriate treatment options while also contributing to the reduction of unnecessary medical utilization and supporting stakeholders in effectively managing healthcare costs.
