Bringing in workers for Construction, Maritime & Processing Sectors from Bangladesh to Singapore
An industry led partnership between Singapore’s Fullerton Health, Bangladesh’s Beximco Group and Novus Clinical Research Services Ltd of Bangladesh, provides a one-stop, end-to-end travel bubble mitigating public health risk for Migrant Workers from Bangladesh to Singapore.

- Capability & Capacity to handle > 4000 workers per month,
- Dedicated 200 strong operational on-site staff
- With on-site Operational and Clinical consultation by Fullerton Health team
- Operates based on SOP’s and guidelines from Singapore authorities

This service is exclusively for construction, maritime and process industry employees who have met the following criteria.
- Having an approved In Principle Approval (IPA)
- Completed their Primary Vaccination Series with WHO’s EUL list of approved vaccine
Step 1
Get ready the necessary documents
- passport at least 6 months validity upon arrival date to Singapore
- valid IPA
- BMET card
- Vaccination cert / document proof of past infection (if any)

Submit and upload all the necessary details and documents on our portal
Check-out and make payment
*We will contact you and guide you at each step, especially on Entry Approval application
