Dr. Michael Tan
Co-founder and Group Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Michael Tan is our Group Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director.
He is the co-founder of our Group and was previously with Parkway Shenton Singapore where he served as a medical director from 2003 to 2007 and Vice President (Business Development) from 2007 to 2008. He was also the Chief Executive Officer of Parkway East Hospital from 2008 to 2010.
Dr. Michael holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Graduate Diploma in Family Practice Dermatology and a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine from the National University of Singapore. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine. Dr. Michael is currently attending the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Dr. Daniel Chan
Co-founder and Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Singapore & Malaysia
Dr. Daniel Chan is our Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Singapore & Malaysia and an Executive Director.
He is the co-founder of our Group and was previously with Parkway Shenton Singapore from 2004 to 2008 where he served as a medical director and Vice President (Business Development). He was also the Chief Operating Officer of Parkway East Hospital from 2008 to 2010.
Dr. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine and a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine from the National University of Singapore. Dr. Daniel also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Liverpool and a Family Physician qualification from the Singapore Medical Council. Dr. Daniel has been enrolled in the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Dr. Ramesh Rajentheran
Group Chief Financial Officer
Dr. Ramesh Rajentheran is our Group Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining our Company, he was in the investment banking sector from 2004 to 2015, having been a Managing Director at Barclays in Singapore and Hong
Kong, Head of Markets & Advisor to Executive Chairman at the Hong Leong Group, an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in London and an Associate
Director at UBS in London. From 1999 to 2002, Dr. Ramesh was a physician with the National Health Service in the United Kingdom.
He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Newcastle and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from London Business School.
Managing Director for Australia
Steven Harvey is the Managing Director, Australia.
He has been the Managing Director of Fullerton Health Australia since 2013 and was also previously the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Jobfit Group of companies from 2006 to 2012, State Manager for Spotless Group from 1999 to 2005 and Chief Executive Officer within the Benchmark Hospital Group from 1996 to 1999.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Nurse Studies from the University of South Australia and also holds a Master of Business Administration from Charles Sturt University.
Managing Director for Indonesia
Mario Babin is the Managing Director, Indonesia. He was the co-founder and formerly the President Director of Global Assistance & Healthcare from 1998 to 2015.
Mario was also previously an International Coordinator with the International SOS Assistance from 1987 to 1995 and an Administration Coordinator with the Provincial Government of Quebec from 1986 to 1987. From 2008 to 2014, he was a member of the board of directors of the Indonesian Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
Mario graduated from Cégep du Vieux Montréal with a D.E.C. in Marketing.
Ho Kuen Loon
Group Chief Risk, Control and Corporate Development Officer
Ho Kuen Loon is the Chief Control, Risk and Corporate Development Officer. Prior to his appointment, he was our Group Chief Financial Officer from 2013 to 2015.
His previous positions prior to joining our Company include Group Chief Financial Officer of Keppel Integrated Engineering from 2011 to 2013, Assistant General Manager, Corporate Development of Keppel Offshore & Marine from 2010 to 2011, Partner & Chief Operating Officer of Innosight Asia from 2006 to 2009 and Regional Director, Asia of Innosight LLC from 2004 to 2005.
Kuen Loon is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Accountant of Singapore and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Managing Director for Hong Kong
Roco Chiu is the Managing Director, Hong Kong.
He has been the Managing Director of Health Maintenance Medical Practice Limited since 1995 and is an Executive Director of several companies in Hong Kong, including HM Investment Holding Limited, HMMP (Dental) Limited and Health Maintenance Management Services Limited.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Maths & Statistics) from the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada.
Managing Director for RadLink
Royston Lek is the Managing Director, RadLink.
Prior to joining our Company, he was a Senior Vice President at Jurong Port from 2010 to 2014 and before that, an Associate Partner at Deutsche Post DHL in Germany from 2007 to 2009, and the Head of Strategy & Operations at DHL in China from 2004 to 2007.
Royston Lek holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Business, Finance & Economics from the University of Manchester, a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Tsinghua University and INSEAD.
Managing Director for North Asia
Royston Tan is the Managing Director, North Asia.
Prior to joining our Company, he was with Mercer (Hong Kong) Ltd from 2009 to 2015, his last held position being Greater China Business Leader, Employee Health & Benefits, and with AIA Group Ltd from 1999 to 2009, his last held position being Deputy Head, Corporate Solutions in Singapore.He was formerly an Executive Director of Mercer (Hong Kong) Ltd and Mercer Taiwan Broking Ltd.
Royston Tan holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) in Banking and Finance from the University of London.
Dr. Elton Ong
Managing Director for Singapore
Dr. Elton Ong is the Managing Director, Singapore. He joined Fullerton Healthcare Group in 2011, and was the Deputy Medical Director and Medical Director prior to his appointment as Managing Director, Singapore in 2014.
Dr. Elton was with the Singapore General Hospital from 2009 to 2011, his last held position being Orthopaedic Surgery Registrar, and was Deputy Head of Department, Navy Medical Operations with the Republic of Singapore Navy from 2007 to 2009.
He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine from the National University of Singapore. Dr. Elton also holds a Primary Master of Medicine (Surgery) from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, and an Intercollegiate MRCS (Surgery) from the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh).
Group Chief Information Officer
Ted Minkinow is the Chief Information Officer.
Prior to joining our Company, he was in the Information Technology industry from 2003 to 2015, having been a Program director at Standard Chartered Bank, a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft Corporation and a Consultant at Ciber Corporation. Prior to 2003, Ted was a Command Pilot and Squadron Commander in the United States Air Force.
Ted holds a Bachelor of Science from The United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Group Chief Human Resources Officer
Audrey Chin is the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Prior to joining our Company, she was Human Resources Director at McDonald’s Restaurants Pte Ltd from 2013 to 2015, Human Resources Team Lead, Attractions at Resorts World Sentosa from 2009 to 2012 and Vice President, Client Service Network at Merrill Lynch from 2008 to 2009.
Audrey holds a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine.
